Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 233(CRA)                                                
"An Act granting authority to each municipality or other political            
subdivision, public agency, or other instrumentality of the state to           
be a debtor under Chapter 9 of the Federal Bankruptcy Act and to               
take any appropriate action authorized by federal law relating to              
bankruptcy."                                                                   
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
233(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
